Our dental practice is located in beautiful West Allis, Wisconsin, and is part of the Milwaukee metropolitan area. The West Allis community is friendly and inviting, a great place to visit and live. There are many things to do in West Allis, and from here you have easy access to many Milwaukee attractions.
West Allis is the home of the Wisconsin State Fair Park, where the annual state fair is held. Racing fans will want to visit the Milwaukee Mile, located on the fairgrounds. This 1-mile paved track holds the title of the longest continually operating speedway in the world. For those who prefer their transportation a little greener, the Oak Leaf Recreation trail earned the "Best Urban Bike Trail" from Best of Milwaukee in 2012 and 2013.
In the summer months, the whole family can cool off at the Cool Waters Family Aquatic Park. There are waterslides, cafés, sand volleyball courts, and plenty of children's play areas at the park, and admission is very reasonable. For those who prefer their water frozen, the Pettit National Ice Center in West Allis is one of the only two indoor speed skating rinks found in the U.S.
Whether you're visiting Wisconsin or are a resident, there is plenty to see and do in West Allis. And if you need a dentist while you're in the area, make sure to call WisconsinSmiles for an appointment.
